The Paris firefighters equip themselves with a tethered balloon
The Paris Fire Brigade plans to put into service by the end of 2017 a tethered balloon for assessment and monitoring missions. It will in particular serve “on interventions that last a long time, floods, pollution, collapses, fire of islet,” says Lieutenant-Colonel Gabriel Plus, spokesman of the firefighters of Paris.
